mantra

A word or phrase that is repeated silently or aloud.

Masterpiece

An individual who is a model of self-allegiance—committed to experiencing optimal health, operating from wholeness, achieving complete success, and serving others from one’s best self. It is also an organization that adheres to these principles.

Masterpiece Organization

A people-centered organization that strategically invests in its employees, members, or clients (human assets) and understands that doing so benefits its customers and its bottom-line, thus enabling it to experience complete success. It has policies and structures to enhance engagement within the organization. It provides training to help the individual develop his or her Masterpiece Self.

Masterpiece Self

A self that is characterized by high self-worth and wholeness such that one is an inner great work (masterpiece) and creates more extraordinary outer great works, thus enabling her or him to experience complete success.

Masterpiece Soul

A talented individual who exists to refine one’s self (the Masterpiece Self) to be a great work and to create great works in the outer world. This person’s existence is characterized by a record of major achievements (typically as an entrepreneur or leader) coupled with an experience of doubt, anxiety, and stress due to self-worth questions that eat at the person despite one’s accomplishments. The practice of self-allegiance is essential for this person to develop their Masterpiece Self.

meditation

The act of relaxing, centering, and focusing mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually in a guided (based on instructions) or unguided (freeform) manner. One may sit still or move around while meditating.

Movement

One part of a larger change program (e.g., a Symphony broken into separate parts).
