Easing into 2012

Five Classical Elements

Yes, 2012 is all about change; however, that doesn’t mean you may not have been experiencing it already. Regardless of where you are within the change process, now is a good time to consciously ease into this new year and the changes likely to come with it.

One way to do so is to use the five classical elements— earth, water, fire, air, and ether (spirit, sky, non-physical or energetic aspects). Balancing these elements can help you release the old and receive the new as you work through changes.
